We also work extensively with clients who experience mental health issues, including dual diagnosis, and in the area of Aged Care. Network Case Management has an in-house multidisciplinary team of experienced health professionals from a wide range of clinical areas. However, we also work closely with community based health professionals and services who have specific skills and experience in the area of complex injury management and rehabilitation. Further, should Attendant Care or Support Worker services be required, we are able to provide this in house.
