Just over a year ago, NCP announced that it was adopting an ambitious three-year expansion plan with the aim of increasing th ... e estate of over 500 sites by more than 100 additional car parks. As the new year gets underway, we’re taking huge strides towards achieving this target. In the last three months alone NCP successful acquired seven new sites nationwide, adding 1,500 spaces to our portfolio, while further acquisitions are expected over the coming months. What’s more, as our footprint grows, so too does our team. We have recently appointed Nick Gravells as Head of Property Asset Management, Adam Robson as Head of New Build Property Development and Rhys Jones as Head of New Site Acquisitions, and now also have a team of dedicated Acquisition Surveyors. With the backing of NCP’s parent company, Park24, the team continue to look to take on new leases, as well as operations and management contracts for existing and new car parks.
