The ... need for a central resourcing function for our National onsite contracts was identified and brought to life by Chris Syers(Head of Implementation) in July 2018. gap 24/7 was already providing valuable out of hours support, but our onsite teams needed additional help in this area to enable them to spend more time on the shop floor with our clients and workers. Since then, the team have achieved some incredible statistics in terms of candidate attraction, registration and pre and post placement support. During peak August 2018 -January 2019, the team processed 5631 job applications, screening and progressing 2183 candidates through interviews to placement at three of our biggest onsite contracts. Sarah Syers(Operations Director) is now leading the team as they expand their the capabilities to offer resourcing assistance to the wider network.
