People we support follow a pathway of rehabilitation and inclusion to enable everyone for preparation for life in the wider community. We can deliver extra support in terms additional support, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Neuro Psychology, SALT or Counselling if required. We work closely with the people we support, their family members, local authorities and care providers to provide high quality, person-centred support to an ever-increasing number of people across the country. The quality of care provided in our services is monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
