The primary objective of each Franchise Location is to utilize Top Level Independent Claims Adjusters to Mentor new individuals and licensees on site in approximately 2362 pre-determined locations. The Mentor will follow the detailed two-year program for the Mentoring of each Mentoree and will receive a higher percentage of the Insurance Provider Fee Schedule. Each Mentoree that completes the two-year program will receive a Certificate of Completion to provide to Insurance Providers to show actual documented proof of their training and qualifications. N.A.R.P. was created because of the increasing shortage of Independent Customer Service Claims Adjusters to resolve issues due to the shortage of resources through localized on-site comprehensive training to new talent to the industry. It is our desire to partner with existing Adjusting Firms and Top Tier Independent Customer Service Claims Adjusters to improve the talent in the industry, not to compete with them. Our partnership can utilize Adjusting Firms top talent and relationships to draw new resources into the industry and properly train them. Franchise sales to existing Adjusting Firms and Top Tier Professional Adjusters is the streamlined approach to develop new Independent Customer Service Claims Adjusters through a National Network of local training with the two-year program.
