Mission The aim of the National Association of Psychiatric Intensive Care and Low Secure Units (NAPICU) is to advance the care and treatment of those people who require Psychiatric Intensive Care and low secure units in acute services. We try to achieve this through promoting and sharing good practice, providing education and training, encouraging clinicians to establish networks and by undertaking research and audit.
