The "Murmellius Gymnasium" (Grammar School) is quite unique in Alkmaar the Netherlands. It is the only school in which all pu ... pils are taught at one level, VWO (A-levels). Moreover, the two classical languages, Latin and/or Greek, are obligatory. They will help the pupils to understand our European heritage and to grasp other languages better, like French, German, English and Dutch.
