In August of 1994, Pacific Physicians Services, Inc. of Redlands, assumed ownership. In February 1996, ownership changed hands again when MedPartners of Birmingham, Alabama, a nationwide leader in the provision of physician-directed and patient-centered healthcare, purchased the entire PPS network. The facility changed ownership in January 2001 to AHMC, Inc. The last time our facility changed ownership was in July 2006 to its current operator Prime Healthcare Services. In 2010 Montclair Hospital Medical Center was donated to the Prime Healthcare Services Foundation, and became a not-for-profit organization. Since the arrival of Prime Healthcare, MHMC has flourished in re-establishing itself as the premier hospital of the surrounding communities.
