When the building application was submitted (Dec 2019), the project received a very favourable advice from the master builder. In the meantime, the declaration of completeness of the file has already been received. Mobilis is a project that gives shape to the mobility of the future and thus forms a connector between the city, its inhabitants and the economy. Through solar panels and geothermal energy, natural ventilation and rainwater storage, it is not only energy neutral, but also climate proof. Consideration was given to bio-diverse construction of greenery, well-considered incidence of light through patios and smart meters to make sustainable occupancy possible. With the canal as a logistic vein, the construction process can take place with maximum respect for the environment. read more
