We strive to provide prompt, professional service to our patients and communicate in a caring and compassionate manner. Since 1989, our practice has grown to include 17 physicians and 10 acute care nurse practitioners. All physicians maintain board certifications in critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine or both through the American Board of Internal Medicine. We partner with Methodist Healthcare Sleep Disorders Center, a 16 bed facility accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) providing the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care for infants to senior adults with sleep disorders 7 nights a week. Our sleep specialist team consists of (5) physicians maintaining additional board certifications in sleep medicine through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. One (1) sleep physician is also board certified in pediatric neurology. Services provided in the Sleep Center include: -Unattended home sleep studies -Attended, in-lab Polysomnography (formal sleep study) - with application and titration of nasal CPAP, BiPAP, APAP and ASV for central apnea. - with titration of upper airway stimulation therapy -Maintenance of wakefulness testing (required by FAA and TDOT) -Multiple sleep latency testing When the providers are not in pulmonary or sleep clinics, they are treating critically ill patients in the intensive care units as Intensivists at Baptist East Hospital, Methodist Healthcare - Germantown, North, South and University as well as St. Francis Hospital - Park Ave. read more
