Our sausage is a family recipe made with a simple blend of pork, spices and Romano cheese. Our cheese is 100% natural with no added fillers. We always choose hormone-free chicken, nitrate-free pepperoni, 100% extra virgin olive oil and authentic, imported Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Our pizza dough and ciabatta are baked with nothing but flour, salt, sugar, water and yeast. Our meatballs are hand-rolled in house and made the same way our great grandfather taught us and our sauces simmer for hours to perfection.
