No matter their age, mental ... or physical capabilities, everyone has the ability to learn, grow, and achieve these goals. We established Meridian Services to help individuals with intellectual disabilities, those with mental health issues and the elderly identify and pursue their hopes and dreams. We provide innovative, compassionate and personalized support and work with people as they achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. We are dedicated to providing services of the highest quality so that people with mental health, intellectual disabilities and physical challenges, as well as those entering their senior years, can live independently, participate in their communities and achieve the best possible lives for themselves. Meridian Services currently serves these individuals and their families in the larger Twin Cities metro counties as well as smaller Minnesota counties across the state. Meridian Services has served people for a thirty eight years in Minnesota. Currently our Case Management Department serves approximately 2,500 elderly, 1,500 people with mental health issues and more than 1,000 persons with intellectual disabilities. Our organization provides services within 31 residential group homes in Minnesota. Additionally, we provide In Home/SILS/ILS and Respite Services to over 220 persons in the community.
