Four Brave Souls (Chris, Steve, Ed and Sam) will be taking a December Dip in the World Renowned Scuba Dive Centre – Stoney Cove, Leicestershire (for more information and pre-event antics goto https://www.linkedin.com/company/mentalswim You may think it Mental and to be honest it is! However they will be raising funds for Mental Health and to promote the physical and mental health benefits of open water swimming and swimming in general. The event will be filmed LIVE on Facebook LIVE so you get to see the hilarity of Chris, Steve, Ed and Sam getting into the near Arctic Conditions (what with Global Warming) as it happens – below 10C / 50F. All you have to do is a minimum DONATE £5 to get to see the uncontrollable noises expelled when getting into very cold water. It promises to be hilarious!
