To achieve these goals, MDFAWL will further the common interests of its members and encourage camaraderie and learning among its members. MDFAWL will promote women's opportunities and rights, uphold the highest standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession, promote reform in the law and facilitate the administration of justice. Membership in our organization is not limited to women - indeed, we are not the Florida Association "of" Women Lawyers, rather, we are the Florida Association "for" Women Lawyers.
