The Institute offers an undergraduate Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate and two graduate degree programs, a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate. These degree programs offer specialized classes and an inter-disciplinary approach combining urban economics with "hands-on" real estate learning. The Institute also offers two graduate certificate programs – Real Estate Finance and Investment and Real Estate Development.
