Beyond learning focused on our dealership interactions, the Marshall Academy also provide interventions such as our 'Future Leaders' courses. This year-long modular curriculum provides education and coaching across a range of key leadership competencies all designed to support those with the talent and ambition to progress to our Management positions. Finally, this year has also seen investment and growth in relation to our distance learning and eLearning content.
