This small spot was the precursor to a much more ambitious operation. As of 2010, the Borish family runs six full-service restaurants, two neighborhood bars and Philadelphia’s leading full-service catering department under the Marathon Grill brand. Each location stands is a friendly landmark along the streets of downtown Philadelphia, from 10th street all the way to 40th.
