The mission of Manhattan Youth is to create safe spaces for exploring new disciplines, learning new skills, building confiden ... ce and cultivating community through engaging and imaginative activities. We realize our mission through after-school programs, summer camps, athletic leagues and a wealth of programming in our Manhattan Youth Downtown Community Center. Working in partnership with parents, schools and community stakeholders, we help families meet the challenge of raising children in the urban environment; we make our city a great place to learn, explore and grow. We ensure families in need have access to our programs by providing generous financial assistance. We seek always to grow in proficiency and empathy as we work to meet the needs of our community.
