Its purpose was to deliver the primary goal of the city’s post-industrial strategy – to grow a new knowledge economy. In 2012, the nationally-renowned property development and management company Bruntwood became the majority shareholder in MSP. Following this significant investment, MSP now has the enhanced commercial backing to expand its operation into exciting new opportunities and initiatives, including the acquisition in 2014 of the internationally-renowned life science campus at Alderley Park in Cheshire.
