With our on-site CAD/CAM operators and time served toolmakers, machinists and CMM inspectors, we are able to ensure that even the most complex, bespoke projects are completed "in time" and "right first time", whether designed within MPE Ltd, or made to print. Our 60,000 square feet of modern factory space, house 3, 5 & 7 axis machines with envelopes of up to 12m x 4m x 1.8m, with cranes capable of 16 & 20 tons lifts. Not only can we verify all our products with CMM inspection, we also have the ability to scan & measure dimensions over larger distances using laser tracker devices. This can be carried out on-site at MPE Ltd or at the customers required location. To ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry we are constantly investing in new machinery and technologies.
