We are Magellan Community Foundation, a non-for-profit and registered charity that supports the core work of Magellan Community Charities in developing a state-of-the-art-seniors centre in Toronto that will provide exceptional care and support for Portuguese-speaking seniors. It will be the first seniors’ centre of its kind in the GTA, offering culturally sensitive care.
