MADE is the official MBA program at University of Oviedo (Spain). It is targeted to unexperienced postgraduate students that ... want to build the skills required in order to occupy managerial positions in firms and organizations. Launched in 2006-2007 it was the first official Master degree at University of Oviedo adapted to the EHEA. More than 500 students have successfully completed the program. A total of 90ECTS, distributed in a period of 18 months. The first academic year is devoted to the regular courses on entrepreneurial and managerial topics such as Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Logistics, Entrepreneurship, Managerial Skills, etc. During the second year the student must complete the MBA thesis and an internship in one of the firms that collaborate with us (if the student has professional experience, this can be considered for evaluation of this part of the program). The academic staff is composed of university professors (2/3) and entrepreneurs and managers (1/3) from different companies that collaborate with us. The academic program has been supervised by ANECA, the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Acreditation for the Spanish Higher Education System. This autonomous body reviews the outcomes of the program every 4 years. The MADE program has obtained the accreditation in all these revision processes. read more
