The Lutheran Home at Kane (LHK), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is a recognized leader in serving rural Pennsylvania's ... most vulnerable residents – the elderly, sick and recovering – with quality and compassionate care for over 50 years. Today, LHK has achieved the designation of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) – spanning services from retirement to end of life. LHK’s facilities include a 90-bed skilled nursing home, a 33-bed personal care facility and six independent-living cottages.
