We’re dedicated to telling immersive, first person stories driven by real people tackling real life head-on. Our story began 8 years ago when Kim Woodard launched National Geographic Television’s New York office, bringing on George Kralovansky and Isaac Holub that first year. Together the three helped create 100+ hours of programming and a string of record-rating series for National Geographic Channel, including Brain Games, Border Wars, and Lockdown, garnering several Emmy nominations along the way. Opportunities to create programming for other networks set us on a new path. We began collaborating with Greg Henry, Co-Founder of Part2 Pictures and Executive Producer of over a hundred hours of reality programming, including the hit series Off the Hook and Hard Time. Our combined skills filled the spectrum from comedy to science, from blue-chip documentary to formatted reality. Lucky 8 was born. Our creative team has produced a diverse portfolio of programming for networks including National Geographic Channel, Discovery, Animal Planet, A&E, CNN, OWN, Oxygen, Food Network and Travel Channel. read more
