Lex Systems Leasing was originally based in Ruislip and was the sister company to Lex Vehicle Leasing. Both business shared the same premises and the same computer systems! The business moved to Elstree in 1996 and was known as Lombard Network Services. A couple of year later Lex exited from LNS and the half share was bought by GATX and the business was know as Lombard GATX Technology.
