A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), LLCHC’s vision is to transform the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual and family at a time. All services – medical, vision, dental, counseling, and nutrition care – are available to all who need it regardless of the ability to pay. Because we believe that we are made up of three parts – body, mind, and soul – we also offer spiritual care for those who desire it. LLCHC opened in 2002 in response to a need for access to affordable health care in Franklinton, and out of God’s calling given as a teenager to Dr. Dana Vallangeon. Driven by our core values, LLCHC continues to meet the ever-growing needs of under served communities.
