Our History and Staff 1995: Founded by the Los Angeles Mission, Inc. with 4 staff members. 2004: Awarded a grant from the Bureau of Primary Health Care and designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). 2010: We now have 53 full-time & part-time staff members (20 licensed providers, 23 clinical support staff and 10 administrative staff) two clinics and six satellite clinics.
