London Studio Centre is a leading HE vocational dance college, train ... ing students to the highest standard to become future performers in ballet, contemporary dance, jazz dance and music theatre. The majority of our students pursue a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance; other courses include a Foundation course, the London Studio Centre diploma, one year special programmes, Saturday associate programmes and a range of summer courses. Final year students on the BA (Hons) course join one of our four performing companies specialising in a certain area of dance: Images Ballet Company (classical ballet), INTOTO Dance (contemporary dance), The Jazz Dance Company (jazz theatre dance) and Seedtime (music theatre), who each perform on a UK tour and/or a run at a London venue. The college is in a collaborative partnership with artsdepot in North Finchley, London, where students have access to state-of-the-art dance studios, two fully-equipped theatre space, library and lecture rooms. In the vibrant atmosphere at the college, all our students are treated as professionals. Our policy of open communication creates the very special working environment that produces positive, versatile and communicative professional performers.
