Every LETIZZA pizza base is handcrafted giving each one its’ unique shape and real homemade appearance. Our bases are pre-baked pizza bases, which means they have an excellent baking tolerance giving you perfect results from any oven in just 5 – 8 minutes, without the fuss! The unique texture and flavour of LETIZZA pizza bases comes from our traditional Italian recipe and specially selected blend of enriched flour, olive oil, parmesan and mozzarella cheese baked into the crust. LETIZZA Pizza bases are also low in fat, which makes it a healthy alternative for any meal. For the Foodservice industry our LETIZZA pizza bases are available in a range of sizes starting from 2” all the way to a rectangle slab.
