At the time, the store had only three employees and specialized primarily in the manufacturing of Easter chocolates. Then, over the years, our craftsmen began to develop more and more new products on the expertise of European know-how, while adapting to the taste of the local clientele. From small chocolate manufacturers we became master chocolatiers, now recognized as leaders in the chocolate world. It was in 1996 that we moved into a magnificent ancestral home in Old Levis, Québec, and launched a revolutionary product: soft ice cream dipped in real chocolate! With a recipe that remains exclusive to Chocolats Favoris even today, it has attracted people from all over and launched the reputation of our company to new heights as the chocolate destination of choice.
