Lynch Company. The current Falmouth operation was founded with the purchase of the Frederick Lawrence Company in 1971 by Gerald Lynch. Today Lawrence-Lynch Corp. (a Massachusetts Corporation) and its wholly owned subsidiaries (each incorporated in their state of operations) are owned by Christopher Lynch. Gerald Lynch maintains ownership of Lawrence-Lynch Materials Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary. Lawrence-Lynch Corp.’s corporate offices are located in Falmouth Massachusetts.
