This helps over 11,000 learners, many of whom have very diverse motivations for engaging with LAL’s offer, and makes us one of the UK’s largest Adult Community Learning Providers. As an independent organisation, we play a crucial role in moving society forward, reaching out and helping people everywhere within our boundaries to move on and up in their lives. We’re extremely proud of what we offer, and this was recognised by Ofsted in 2016 with our ‘Good’ rating. We work with over 200 partners across the county to take learning into the communities where it’s needed most.
