The Laguna Beach Police Department is made up of 127 employees. Of that, 98 are full-time employees, 54 sworn & 44 profession ... al staff members. This also includes approximately 10 Police Explorers, 15 Citizen's on Patrol Volunteers, 40 Animal Shelter Volunteers and over 300 Community Response Team Volunteers.
