However, it was first when Arne Kvist started the company Aarre Facon Spænd back in 1967 that the company was to overcome years of merging and buying companies to finally in 2013 the name Kvist Industries A/S arrived. During the years from Arne Kvist milestone in of building the company in 1967, Kvist took over the factory of Tarm Stole & Maskinfabrik and also managed the well-known Danish FDB and original drawings.
