The Korean Association of Swine Veterinarians (KASV) has around 500 members involved in swine industry and research area in K ... orea. We've been working for better pig health and high production performance since 1981. KASV was main organizer of the first APVS in 2003 (Seoul) and the 23th IPVS in 2012 (Jeju). Furthermore, 9th Asian Pig Veterinary Society (APVS) congress will be held in Busan (2nd largest city in Korea) in August 25-28, 2019. Asia is a center of the swine industry with more than 50% of the world pig population. Also, the role of swine veterinarians is getting very important in all around of Asia. In this situation, Korean swine veterinarians will do the best to provide new opportunity and solution to support sustainable growth of swine industry. read more
