In 1882, Father Michael J. McGivney gathered a small group of parishioners in St. Mary’s Church. His purpose was to establish ... a group of men, united in their faith and to provide for Catholic families in times of need. Fr. Fitzmaurice Council 607 was established in 1901. Currently the council has over 270 members and growing. We invite you to join us as we work to assist others. From 1960 to 2006 we operated the Columbus Club on Richmond St. in Appleton. We sold the hall and have been meeting at the Elk’s Club until 2016. Currently we meet at our 5 member parishes each month. read more
