Establi ... shed in 2004 by Tony Knights, Knights Group Security are a comprehensive, quality orientated security organisation who are active in all levels of security within the industry. At Knights Group Security, we understand the importance of the correct security procedures. Therefore, our staff are fully trained, screened and vetted with the primary focus of; customer service, equality & diversity, health & safety and general public safety to suit any organisation. Since establishment, Knights Group have provided manpower teams to West End venues and private close protection to celebrities. In 2007, Knights Group became substantial in size, recruiting more staff to assist in the daily running of the organisation. It was at this point; the Group went on to provide manpower at Wembley National Stadium. By 2009, the company’s growth had exceeded, it soon became a regulation that all stewards within the security industry required a Level 2 NVQ Qualification in Spectator Safety. To accommodate this, Knights Training Academy was formed. Knights Training Academy has been established for over 8 years and continues to deliver a diverse range of qualifications. In 2012, Knights Group were approached by the London 2012 Olympic Games Makers in regards to supplying over 1,800 event day staff which included; Stewards, SIA Operatives, Supervisors which was split into two subcategories: Group Leaders and Area Leaders. Prior to the 2012 Olympics, Knights Group also provided security at Test Events such as; Lords Cricket Ground (Archery), Hadleigh Farm (Mountain Biking), Greenwich Park (Equestrian), ExCel Centre (Boxing & Table Tennis), Selhurst Park (Pentathlon) and Surrey Classic Cycle Race. Knights Group also trained over 70,000 event day staff in preparation for the Olympics.
