With its constantly changing portfolio of products, the facility has three state-of-the-art compounding suites: one for surfactant compounding for soaps and body washes, one for alcohol-based compounding for fragrance mists, and finally, one for Eau de Perfume compounding with maceration and OTC sanitizers. Our capacity includes the ability to batch and fill 1.6 million bottles a day. Our soap and alcohol factory has nine filling lines with the capability of producing 100 to 300 bottles per minute complete with in-line labeling. Our prestige facility has eight filling lines with the capacity of producing 20 to 100 bottles per minute with a large variety of components and in-line labeling and cello wrap.
