Our Engineering led approach to production enables us to adopt a cellular manufacturing system wherever applicable. This offers you the benefit of a dedicated manufacturing area for your product or project with its own workforce and a cell manager to act as a single point of contact. Our Engineering team produce 2D drawings in HarnWare and 3D designs in Creo Parametric (formally Pro/E). Process Control Documents generated by our Engineers clearly define the process steps while our multi-skilled workforce is trained against industry leading codes of practice that explain the methodologies used. All of our operators are highly skilled, experienced, trained to IPC-A-620 and are familiar with all aspects of cable harness assembly, such as: hand laying, screening, jacketing and terminating complex composite wire and cables.
