We are a State of Florida licensed General Contractor, Underground Utility & Excavation Contractor and Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor. Our many disciplines include underground utilities and site work, demolition and dismantlement, earth-moving and mine services, and stone and aggregate recycling. Our largest project to date was demolition of the former Lucent Technology campus in Orlando, Florida. JVS demolished approximately 1.4M square feet of mixed-use buildings on a 206 acre site.
