French but born in Brazil, Juliette travelled the world before settling in Montreal and launching in 2003, at the ripe old ag ... e of 23, her dream restaurant: a place where dessert would be the star and that would focus on the ultimate comfort food: CHOCOLATE! And so Juliette & Chocolat was born; a warm and welcoming French crêperie and chocolaterie, and the first chocolate bar in Canada.
