School Modernizations JTS Construction has over 15 years experience improving school facilities in Kern County and throughout the Central Valley. We have extensive experience in elementary, middle, and high school modernizations and have recently completed projects for the Kern High School District, Bakersfield City School District, Taft Union School District, Wasco Union High School District, among many others.
