About me My name is K. Nadeem Arif, and I am the Founder & CEO of outsourcing4work GmbH, founded in Germany 27 years ago. outsourcing4work is a 100% remote IT & Human Resources services company with a team of 100+ people living and working remotely in 17 countries around the world. While I was born in Lahore (Pakistan) in 1969, I lived in Rabwah briefly between 1982-84, before moving to Sweden until 1985. Since then, I have been residing in Germany and am a German citizen. In 2007, I fell ill with a rare disease and am no longer as mobile. As a result, unfortunately, I can no longer travel to Pakistan.
