Five years later we expanded our portfolio with 310 Park South, which was followed by two more 310 locations in the surrounding areas. In 2013 we opened blu on the avenue, an upscale fusion restaurant focusing on seafood and sushi. Next year our fourth concept, Bovine Steakhouse, will open in the former Park Plaza Gardens on Park Avenue, the same location where we started our journey.
