We began as a spinoff of an engineering firm in 1984, with a sole focus on supplying contract Engineering and Design Talent to Engineering, Architectural, and Manufacturing firms. Some of our original clients continue to niche us in this segment, but we have evolved into much more. THE NAME: INTEGRATED TALENT STRATEGIES Our client’s know us as ITS. We added meaning to the acronym to reflect what we do each day. We work to understand our clients’ short- and long-term staffing strategies, as opposed to just reacting to a current need.
