Randy is a UCLA graduate in economics and has a California Teacher’s Credential. He has been in education for the past 13 years both as a teacher and administrator. He founded one of the first successful charters in California—Horizon Instructional Systems. Randy has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the California Network of Educational Charters for the last six years.
