The majority of the tomatoes that are processed to make our paste are drawn from fields cultivated by our owners. We control and manage every step of the production process to meet the most exacting standards including NTSS, Bostwick, Serum Viscosity, and color. In addition to strict adherence to quality standards, Ingomar Packing Company manages its inventories to meet a wide variety of customer specifications and preferences. We have implemented a "custom" pack program in which we manage production to meet individual requirements on a customer by customer basis.
