The concept evolved from it’s orig ... inal incarnation named New Millennium Concepts Ltd in the year 1999, which merged with the WyoSource Group in 2001, both of Berks County, Pennsylvania. In 2004, the company changed ownership and was re-named to Infinicom Technologies upon the relocation of their main office to Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The company opened a few satellite offices and small warehouses throughout Central Pennsylvania and grew to become the area’s leading, most trusted technology service provider. Their services included Voice-over IP telephony, wireless / wired network installations, privately-branded backup services, cloud-based file storage, multimedia equipment, and 24/7 hardware & software technical support to commercial customers. The privately-owned organization was headquartered near the Capitol building in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania during its final years of operation. In 2015, the majority of assets and inventory were sold in 2015 and was re-structured as Infinicom Inc., following a final acquisition by Block Holdings in 2017. It was at this time that the Block Corporation, operated by Block Holdings, positioned the company as a new division of the Enterprise subsidiary and re-branded the company under a new name. read more
