Our consultancy operations started by client invitation back in 2002 when we were asked to help Bluewater Shopping Centre with a Total Facilities Management re-tendering project. This unexpected approach led to a successfully completed project and we provide on – going support and auditing services to this prestigious business to this day. Incentive Workspace Some years ago we teamed up with Architects and Space Planners in the form of Burtt-Jones Brewer. Our first experience of working together was for the Scandinavian Bank, SEB. Between the two organisations we considered that we had the opportunity to provide an end to end service as we held all of the requisite skills and services for a design a build process between us. Within Incentive Workspace, we have the management, cost control and project coordination skills to compliment the design skills of Burtt-Jones Brewer. Though our sister technical services companies under the Incentive TEC banner, we have Mechanical, Electrical and Air Conditioning design, installation testing and maintenance services to hand.
