Our company has a 160 year history, starting in the 1830s in Shizuoka Prefecture, which is located in the central part of Jap ... an, as a manufacturing and sales company of "dried skipjacks" made from skipjack that were caught in the seas close to Japan. After World War II, we made a new start as a stock corporation in 1948. Building on our seafood harvesting heritage, Inaba Foods branched into the pet food business in 1958.
